Dry cassava Leaves/Isombe-Akeza 200g
COOKING WAYS:
.put 1kg of sliced meat(bones)in a saucepan .boil the meat in 3L of water until well done .put one packet of 400gr of Akeza Isombe .add ingredients (garlic,celery,onions,tomato...) .stir,cook for a while .add 3 teaspoon salt,6 teaspons oil and cook until well done .add 5-8 tablespoons ground nut flour .cook for 5 minute again .serve with rice,semolina/cassava/maize/pasta.
