Made from locally sourced “unloved” potatoes grown by farmer cooperatives on fertile volcanic soils, Kari transforms overlooked harvests into an elegant, refined vodka with purpose. Naturally filtered using gravity-fed water from nearby volcanoes, the spirit is exceptionally smooth, revealing a delicate, earthy truffle note that reflects its high-altitude origin.
