First of all, the brand I ordered is not what I asked for. I specifically asked if all three products in my order are available. I was confirmed that, yes, all the products in my order are available. I explicitly asked before I paid because I had read reviews complaining of the same issue of not getting the product you ordered. After I got the confirmation from MURUKALI themselves that the product is INDEED available, I paid for my order. Only a few hours later, for the same vendor that confirmed product availability to text me telling me this specific brand is not available, but that they have 'another brand' for the same price? I asked them why they had confirmed the product to be available when it was not. The response, and I quote, "Yeah, I understand you, but I did not check the brand of it". How UNPROFESSIONAL is this? Why promise something and then later deliver something else? A customer chooses a specific brand well aware of the others available.
I had seen reviews of this same issue, but I said, let me give them the benefit of the doubt, but I was still disappointed. KINDLY WORK ON YOUR PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY BEFORE YOU CONFIRM WITH CLIENTS. THIS WAS MOST UNFORTUNATELY A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.
