Uburyo 10 warindamo amaso yawe

Amaso ni igice cy’umubiri gikwiye kwitabwaho cyane kubera ko kititaweho neza bishobora kuviramo umuntu kurwara indwara zayo zikomeye ku buryo byamugora kubona .
Hano rero hari uburyo 10 ugomba gukoresha ngo urinde amaso yawe kugira ikibazo icyo ari cyo cyose:

1)Sukura amaso yawe:

Uburyo bwiza bwo gusukura amaso yawe ni ugukoresha amazi meza asukuye hari n’amazi bakoresha bita rose water.Mu gusukura amaso yawe ugomba kurinda amaso yawe ibinyabutabire(chemicals) bitandukanye.

3) Nywa amazi menshi ahagije:

Kunywa amazi kenshi ku munsi nabyo bigufasha mu kugira amaso asukuye. Ibi kandi bisukura umubiri wose kandi bigabanya kubyimba amaso.

4) Koresha amaso yawe imyitozo ihoraho:

Umubiri w’umuntu ntabwo ari wo wonyine ukenera imiyitozo ahubwo n’amaso nayo akenera gutozwa kugira amere neza . Ibi ujye ubikora ukibyuka uyazengurutse ureba hasi,hejuru,iburyon’ibumoso.

5)Ryama bihagije:

Kimwe mu byo ugomba gukora by’ingenzi kugira ngo ugire amaso ameze neza ni kuryama cyangwa se kuruhuka bihagije. Jya uryama igihe kingana n’amasaha (7-8) atavangiwe ku munsi kugira ngo amaso yawe agire ubuzima bwiza.
